Creating a Wallpaper in Photoshop

I was browsing photoshop tutorials across the interwebs (yes i know I’m funny) and I came across this one about making a futuristic wallpaper only using tools in Photoshop CS5. It was a super easy ten step process and it turned out really cool. I chose this tuturial because it was something different from what I usually do. And it helped me get more familiar with different tools.  Here is the picture i made: I decided to go with the green, instead of the blue like in the tutorial. Kinda gave it a Matrix feel.
